Abstract

This study is an attempt to propose new technological techniques that extensively help educate Quranic guidance for those eager to comprehend the Qur’an and its application in many different aspects and paths of life. The research demonstrates the purposes and criteria used in categorizing the technological learning techniques used in the Holy Qur’an. The study adopts a statistical descriptive research approach by which a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of students who have benefited from the technological learning techniques used in teaching the Holy Qur’an. The study concludes that the average age of those having joined the technological learning program was between 21 to 30 years old. The study concludes that the percentage of those having memorized the entire Qur’an in heart since the beginning of the program was 30.43%, while the percentage of those having memorized one chapter was 43.48%. This thus shows that the program is an effective technological means helping students learn and memorize the Holy Qur’an. The research recommends that academic committee, charitable organizations and information technology (IT) companies should all cooperate to create highly innovative and economical technological techniques and methods that help facilitate teaching Quranic guidance to students.
